Mepore is a self-adhesive dressing ideal for low to moderate exuding wounds. The adhesive is solvent free which provides a skin friendly but secure fixation. The dressing is permeable allowing air and water vapour to to penetrate the dressing helping keep skin from becoming dry and irritated. The fabric is flexible allowing the dressing to conform to body contours and allows for some body movements. The fabric is non-absorbent and provides a barrier for blood and fluid. Mepore come in 60mm x 70mm dressings.
